For Superfares or "Cancel for Any Reason" ONLY: To cancel the booking and avail credit or refund as per the offer, your ticket must be paid in full. You can cancel the booking at least 48 hours prior to your first scheduled departure. If you decide to cancel, you can get an 80% cash refund or a 95% credit of the original ticket amount. Your cash refund or credit will be processed after the remaining balance has been paid.
If you did not purchase Superfare or CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason), then the cancellation terms and conditions depends on the airline policies and the ticket that was purchased. Customer Service fees will apply unless "Prepaid Customer Service" was purchased. Use the form in the "Manage Booking" area to cancel your ticket and request a refund, if applicable.
